Prosecutors say homicide suspect Michael O'Leary could talk to witnesses and interfere with prosecution now that he's out of jail.

Prosecutors are asking a Children's Court special master to reconsider her decision to release 17-year-old homicide suspect Michael O'Leary.

O'Leary is charged with second-degree murder in the stabbing death of 16-year-old Demetrius Sims at a Northeast Heights party on Dec. 28.

Special Master Susan Alkema ordered on Tuesday a $10,000 cash-only bond for O'Leary, who was released Wednesday into the custody of his parents.
