Albuquerque's community leaders must take courageous steps to help move the city to the next level of economic development, says the president and CEO of Presbyterian Healthcare Services.

"Albuquerque has reached the point of saying, 'We're not going to take it anymore. We're not going to accept less education, we're not going to accept a tax burden that prevents business from growing,'" said Jim Hinton. "Issues should be kept alive and not allowed to stagnate. Now is the time to step up and address those issues head on."
