Z-Tech Inc.'s public offering is going so well, the company has trimmed its shoe offer. To sweeten the investment offering, the firm had been offering those who invested $250 a pair of its high-tech shoes. For $500, you got three pairs of shoes.
On April 28, Z-Tech opened a Regulation A (small business) public stock offering of 325,000 to 5 million shares at $1 a share to investors in New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Alaska and New York. Investors in New Mexico must have an annual gross income of at least $30,000 and minimum net worth of $30,000.
