High court asks for input on Anamarie gag order.(Local News)

The New Mexico Supreme Court today said it wants to hear more about the gag order in the Anamarie Martinez-Regino custody case and asked for responses from the child's parents and the state Children, Youth and Families Department.

The high court also wants the parties to file responses to the news media's contention that Children's Court hearings in the case should be open. All responses are due to the high court before Nov. 17 and a hearing may take place by Dec. 8, the court said.
