Three-year-old Anamarie Martinez-Regino will be going home once the parties to her custody case complete efforts to move her from state care, Children's Court Presiding Judge Tommy Jewell announced today.

Jewell did not provide any details about when the child would be reunited with her parents Miguel Regino and Adela Martinez or how she was faring in state custody.

A gag order issued by Jewell has silenced all parties to the case, which involves the state's removal of Anamarie from her parents nearly two months ago on allegations of medical neglect related to the child's obesity. The parents have …
