Three men have been indicted on charges of trying to win the lottery the illegal way in three separate incidents, and New Mexico Lottery officials say two more suspects may soon face indictment as well.
Named in the Bernalillo County grand jury indictment handed up Monday are:
*Carlos Silva, 30, of Albuquerque, who is charged with commercial burglary, conspiracy and auto theft in connection with a March 11 break-in and theft of a 500-pound lottery vending machine at a Furr's Supermarket at Central Avenue and Juan Tabo Boulevard Northeast.
