Just in case the thought of the Air Force women's basketball team doesn't incite much motivation for his players, University of New Mexico coach Don Flanagan will give them ulterior motives.

The Lobos (13-8, 4-3) will try to put back-to-back losses in the rearview mirror on Saturday when they play host to Air Force (3-17) a winless team in Mountain West Conference play. And Flanagan said he wants to see his team meet several quotas.

"It's good to set goals for the players to challenge themselves," Flanagan said.

One challenge is to out-rebound the opponent for the first time in four games. …
