The guest list read like a who's who of Latin America's wealthiest tycoons, and some of the participants in the four-day business summit came from as far away as Buenos Aires and Sao Paulo. The assembled captains of industry, who gathered in Mexico City in May, included Venezuela's Gustavo Cisneros and Colombia's Julio Mario Santodomingo.
