HOME AGAIN. IBM's Applications Systems Division moved out of Wilma Southeast's RiverEdge Summit a month or so ago, dumping 435,000 square feet in two buildings on the market.

Wilma has been busy marketing that space since IBM made the decision to vacate in July 1989. But soon, the buildings could be all but filled again, with guess whom? IBM.
