A few months ago, my boyfriend of four years and I went to a party, and I ended up getting drunk and passing out. I woke up in the middle of the night to find him having sex with me. Strictly speaking, yes. Nonconsensual sex, regardless of the perpetrator's motives or impaired thought process, is rape.
