North Korea will keep talking

Retreating from its initial hostile reaction to last week's six-way nuclear talks, the country's official news agency said the government still wants to resolve a dispute over its atomic arms programs through dialogue. That's North Korea's first expression of a willingness to hold more talks since the hostile end to the six-way discussions last Friday.
