Federal Express India of Mumbai is ranked second in India's first ever list of Top 25 Great Places to Work. The list has been compiled on the basis of a five-month survey conducted by Grow Talent Company of Delhi in collaboration with Businessworld and the Great Place to Work Institute Inc.

The Great Place to Work model lays emphasis on what employees have to say about their workplaces. It focuses on the three key parameters of trust (do you trust the people you work with?), pride (have pride in what you do?) and camaraderie (like the people you work with?).

The survey covered 20,000 employees across 120 companies and participation was voluntary.

Federal Express India, a part of Federal Express Corporation, employs 207 people across 17 sites. It has no woman at senior management level. Staff turnover is at 14 percent. The company has one employee who has completed five years with the company. It has four employees who are over 44 years of age. The company got perfect five ratings on ...
