2003 SEP 4 - (NewsRx.com & NewsRx.net) -- Fischer Imaging Corp. (FIMG) has moved its European headquarters to Geneva and has established direct subsidiaries in Germany, Italy, France, and the United Kingdom
The company, which previously sold its digital breast imaging systems through strategic partnerships, also said that it has expanded its European presence during the past year with SenoScan systems installed in Germany, Italy, France, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
"Our growing installed base and investment in Europe, combined with increasing acceptance of our leading technology, has led us to the decision to sell our SenoScan systems directly," said Harris Ravine, president and CEO.
