BlockAide trial to begin in fourth quarter; scientific advisory board formed.

2003 SEP 3 - (NewsRx.com & NewsRx.net) -- Adventrx Pharmaceuticals, Inc., (AVRX) announced the formation of its new scientific advisory board, consisting of three well-known academic experts in the areas of anticancer and antiviral development.

The company appointed Edward Chu, MD, Douglas Richman, MD, and Jeffrey Weber, MD, PhD

"The formation of our new scientific advisory board is yet one more step in our transformation from a preclinical research organization to a biopharmaceutical development company," said Nicholas Jon Virca, CEO of Adventrx.
