Real estate firm switching to Coldwell Banker name.

A North Charleston-based real estate firm that aligned itself two years ago with industry giant Century 21 is switching flags to become a Coldwell Banker Commercial affiliate.

Century 21 Commercial Atlantic International Inc. will change its name Sept. 1 to Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic International Inc., said Ray Case, president of the brokerage.

"Our business is absolutely the same except for the name change," said Case, whose firm employs 19 commercial brokers.
