COMPLETELY DESIGNED and engineered at CAD's Conneaut, Ohio, engineering department, the new Equitek2 series of professional servo condenser microphones provides a high level of performance distinguished by absolute transparency, rugged integrity, a natural openness, and detailed imaging--all at a price point that once again redefines performance for price.

The seven new Equitek2 series mics are exceptionally versatile and ideal for recording and on-stage applications. These include the e1002, e2002, and e3002 large condensers, the e502 and e602 instrument mics, and the e702 and e802 live performance mics.

Combining unmatched versatility and performance, the e1002 supercardioid electret condenser features an extended frequency response of 10-18kHz; dynamic range of 132dB; total harmonic distortion of less than 0.15 percent; high output capability of 148dB SPL with pad; transformerless balanced output circuits; and an internal power ...
