Anna Catalano, BP Amoco's most senior global marketer, has resigned from her role at the oil giant after 25 years.
Catalano, who will leave later this year, is to pursue unspecified opportunities outside the company. BP has yet to decide whether to replace her directly.
Catalano has been group vice-president, marketing, since September 2000, and was responsible for integrating BP's international fuel and lubricant brands, such as Amoco, Castrol, Aral and Arco, under the BP umbrella.
