MBABANE (Swaziland), Aug 11 (Bernama) - For regular participants of the Southern Africa International Dialogue (SAID), this week's gathering here is likely to be a significant and emotional one as it will be Datuk Seri Dr Mahathir Mohamad's swansong in the smart partnership movement in his capacity as Prime Minister of Malaysia.
