The printing industry in South Florida is prepared for unprecedented growth in spite of the present economic uncertainty which has affected many South Florida industries. The increase in overall printing sales during 1990 allowed many South Florida printers to expand and upgrade facilities in 1991. While there has been a slight drop in the number of presses operating in 1989, most South Florida printers experienced stable growth last year that is expected to continue upward during the next four years.
