Forget yoga. Ballet is pirouetting its way to popularity as the hippest way to work out. In July the New York City Ballet released the second of its popular workout videos. Its first, released in 2001, sold more than 250,000 copies worldwide. Ever since, gyms, dance studios and community centers have been adding beginner's ballet to their schedules.
