Sept. 11 started just like any other day for Julie Anderson.
The manager of public affairs for Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Anderson worked on the 28th floor of Tower 1 at the World Trade Center. Like thousands of other people in the building, Anderson began her day with one hand on a cup of coffee and the other on her computer keyboard, browsing the Internet for the latest news.
