Gone are the days when a company with a string of losses -- and no real hope of turning a profit in the near future -- saw its shares scale the chart. Solid earnings and sales growth are back in style.

Starting with today's issue, the selection criteria for the Where The Big Money's Flowing tables have been tightened.
The biggest changes deal with stocks up sharply in price on heavy volume. In the past, in order for a stock to make the list, its Earnings Per Share Rating and Relative Strength Rating had to total at least 110. Now the EPS and RS Ratings for stocks making price gains on heavier volume must each be 70 or higher.
This will help readers zero in on the market's top prospects.
