U.S. consumers say they will spend $1 billion more online in the fourth quarter than they'd planned before the attack, says a new study by Web portal Yahoo Inc. and ACNielsen International Research.
Consumers will spend $12.4 billion on Christmas gifts online in the fourth quarter.
What's more, 60% of the consumers who responded to the survey said they planned to shop online.
