Mobile firms link with Microsoft

All big U.S. and European wireless operators will launch cell phones and other wireless devices using Microsoft Pocket PC or SmartPhone software within a year. They're designed to run Net-friendly phones. Its Pocket PC software is gaining share with handhelds, but cell phones are a much bigger market.
