Please Explain, Mr. President

President Bush and, one assumes, adviser Karl Rove have made a serious miscalculation by allowing the Environmental Protection Agency to issue its junk science global warming report supporting the position that human activity is responsible for heating up the world, as reported in "The Bush Hot House" (Editorial, Tuesday). It makes one wonder who's minding the shop in this White House. As a longtime Bush supporter, I find it increasingly difficult to rationalize this administration's decisions.
