It's back to drawing board on Iraq
A U.N. Security Council vote will be delayed beyond this week as the Bush administration, in a bid for French and Russian support, revises its resolution calling for arms inspections, Iraqi disarmament and a realistic threat of military force. The State Department said the "bottom line" will stay the same. Iraq said friends on the Security Council will foil U.S.-British "evil schemes."
