N.J. court to hear election case

The state Supreme Court agreed to hear arguments over whether Democrats can replace Sen. Robert Torricelli on the Nov. ballot in a crucial election battle that may decide who controls the U.S. Senate after Election Day. Torricelli, tainted by corruption, ended his re-election bid.

** Prosecutors offered more evidence linking accused 9-11 conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui to one of the hijackers who carried out the attack and to the man believed to have coordinated it.
