Israeli court OKs two expulsions

The Supreme Court approved sending two West Bank Palestinians accused of assisting their brother with a suicide bombing to Gaza. But the court, in its landmark decision, also ruled unanimously that a militant's relative couldn't be expelled solely on the basis of family ties but had to pose a security risk.
