CABLEVISION and Yes Network reached a deal to end a yearlong dispute over airing New York Yankee games.

TYCO sees EPS of $1.40-$1.50 in '03 ex-items vs. views of $1.49. It'll also take $265 mil-$325 in charges, mostly for its fire and security unit. It fired unit head Jerry Boggess.

VERINT made 14 cents in Q4, 2 cents over views for the surveillance software maker.

COMVERSE lost 8 cents in Q4 vs. last year's 6-cent gain. The software firm was expected to lose 11 cents.
