Media magnate Oprah Winfrey is the first black woman to join the club, which shrank by 21 last year to 476 members. Microsoft founder Bill Gates remains No. 1, though his net worth fell 23% to $40.1 bil. Investor Warren Buffett was No. 2 with $30.5 bil, down 13%. Black Entertainment Television founder Robert Johnson became the first black billionaire two years ago.
