WPP's Young & Rubicam/Wunderman Europe, the Middle East and Africa has introduced wide-ranging management changes to strengthen the ties between the above- and below-the-line sister networks.
The restructure also sees Robert Campbell, the joint creative director of Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R, take on a pan-European role as the vice-chairman for Y&R Advertising. He continues as the joint executive creative director of RKCR London.
As creative-practice leader, Campbell will be responsible for driving creative standards.
The European restructure sees William Eccleshare, who was appointed the chief executive and chairman of Y&R EMEA last August, takes over the chief executive and chairman's role at Wunderman Europe. He replaces Stewart Pearson, who steps down after three years without a job to go to.
