Strong Molina debut an IPO sign?

The health insurer rose 15% to 20 in its debut. Its 6.6 mil shares priced at the high end of their $16-$18 range, raising $115 mil. It was a fourth IPO in two weeks. Just five IPOs debuted in all of Q2. An improved market has made going public more attractive, though investors demand mature -- usually profitable -- firms.
