It's hard to imagine there could be any shade of flavor Jennifer James doesn't know how to craft and color and make her own.

Her palate palette is endless and eclectic at the aptly named Graze, James' second and spectacularly distinctive restaurant. Blueberry and chipotle. Lemon and licorice. Such unusual counterpoints in James' clever hands are blended with surprising harmony.

Here, curious little plates of clean and crisp and distinctive creations replace the industrially spiced and supersized platters at most Albuquerque eateries.
