An Albuquerque police officer is charged in a 32-count indictment filed today with sexually molesting at least 12 motorists, including a minor, he stopped on traffic violations some that were phony.
Officer Christopher Chase, a patrolman based at the Foothills Substation, was indicted by a Bernalillo County grand jury late Thursday on charges including criminal sexual penetration, criminal sexual contact, aggravated battery and kidnapping.
