Cosmo's cover model quest, part two. (From The Editor).
* In this issue, you'll find the exciting final stage of Cosmo's Cover Model Search. Tons of you (more than 66,000!) logged on to our Web site and voted for your favorite after seeing the 25 semifinalists in our April issue. From those votes, we narrowed down the contestants to four finalists.
And what a time the finalists have had since then. As soon as the "polls" closed and the results were tabulated, we flew them to New York City to be photographed. The studio was jam-packed with photo assistants, Cosmo staffers, fashion stylists, the hair and makeup team, an ET camera crew, and a photographer documenting the whole thing.
In the middle of it, I suddenly experienced deja vu--when I was in college, I won a contest, spent a week in NYC being photographed, and appeared on the cover of a national magazine.
