The sars outbreak shows signs of winding down. But fear of the mysterious virus is still keeping many travelers away from once popular destinations. That means deals abound for non-hypochondriacs. Cheryl Mellon, marketing manager for Travelocity U.K., has seen fares from London to Toronto and parts of Asia drop by 15 percent to 20 percent. Korean Air has cut 30 percent off its typical summer fares.
