After what seems like forever, it's time to maneuver your prize as gracefully as possible to the judging tent, put on a smile, and explain to the assembled experts why you have glued 3200 marshmallow bunnies to your car.

Pebble Beach it's not. But the 16-year-old Pennzoil Art Car Weekend in Houston is the largest and oldest festival of its kind, celebrating "public art at its most public,'' in the words of the event's organizers, the Orange Show Foundation.
