* Target Stores Fiscal '02 was marked by another impressive year of brand alliances (Philippe Starck, Amy Coe, Woolrich and more) and solid financial performance at Target's discount division as the chain assumed thc role of the nation's No. 2 mass retailer following Kmart's untimely slide into bankruptcy. Revenue at the division rose a healthy 13.3% to $36.9 billion for the year, yielding EBIDTA in excess of $4 billion, an increase of more than 20% from the previous year.
