Terrorism: Continuing Threats
Washington may have reduced the domestic terrorist-alert level to yellow from orange, but that doesn't mean the threat of a terrorist attack has greatly receded recently. Officials tell NEWSWEEK that U.S. intelligence agencies still believe the threat to U.S. interests-- including those in America--remains quite high.
