2003 JUN 12 - (NewsRx.com & NewsRx.net) -- Northwestern Memorial Hospital begins a new chapter in its rich history, as state and local officials, community leaders, and members of the staff broke ground to celebrate its new Prentice Women's Hospital.
The planned 1 million square foot facility - which will rank as one of the top three maternity centers nationally when it opens in 2007 - will establish Chicago as home to the country's largest special care infant center.
