2003 JUN 12 - (NewsRx.com & NewsRx.net) -- The Palomar Pomerado Health (PPH) Foundation has been awarded a $29,000 grant by the San Diego affiliate of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation for its PPH Breast Health Project, which offers surgical treatment to women under 40 who are suspected of having breast cancer.
The award was announced as part of a local initiative to support organizations that provide breast cancer education, diagnosis and treatment services to women in San Diego. The grant will cover the cost of surgical suites, attending nurses, physicians and ...
