Bomb suspect waives extradition
Arrested fugitive Eric Rudolph agreed to be transferred to Birmingham, Ala., for a trial involving the bombing of an abortion clinic. He's also charged with setting a bomb at the '96 Olympics in Atlanta and other targets in the Southeast. He was arrested in Murphy, N.C., after five years on the run. Some counts carry the death penalty.
