KUALA LUMPUR, May 29 (Bernama) -- Datuk Seri Dr Mahathir Mohamad said that although he has been Prime Minister for 22 years, he has never stopped learning so that he could lead the country effectively.

"I learnt to be a Prime Minister," he said during a question and answer session after delivering his speech at the Workers Day 2003 gathering of public sector employees at the National Institute of Public Administration (Intan) in Bukit Kiara here today.

He was asked on what advice he would give to junior government officers to help achieve the Vision 2020 to turn Malaysia into a developed nation. …
