Education: Florida is facing protests and boycott threats for not waving everyone through its high school exit exam. It must be doing something right.

Shooting the messenger is an ancient sport in the education world. Don't like the outcome of a crucial test? Then protest the test. Sue, boycott, whatever. Just don't learn the lesson.
