* The title of singer-turned-screen star Tyrese's latest flick, 2 Fast 2 Furious, may refer to race cars, but it also aptly describes the 24-year-old's skyrocketing career and new jet-setting lifestyle. This month, the East Los Angeles native will be replacing that other hunky bald guy (Vin Diesel) in the much-anticipated sequel to last summer's hit The Fast and the Furious.
Before landing this coveted role, Tyrese cut three red-hot R & B albums (two of which have gone platinum), appeared as a model in ads for Guess? and Tommy Hilfiger, and starred in the 2001 flick Baby Boy.
