The Smart and Secure Tradelanes network is growing, gaining new members and expanding to new ports in China, the Americas and Europe.
Hong Kong-based China Merchants Holdings, a container terminal operator in Hong Kong and mainland China, joined the SST network April 24, extending the program to the Chinese port of Shenzen. Another Hong Kong-based port operator and developer, Hutchison Port Holdings, plans to extend the SST network to Yantian, China.
