The Delaware bankruptcy court's crowded docket and multiple objections conspired Wednesday, May 7, to force a Wilmington judge to continue a confirmation hearing for Hayes Lemmerz International Inc. that started late in the morning, until Monday, May 12.
Judge Mary Walrath in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware made the decision after the auto parts maker had to share its hearing time with another debtor, Integrated Healthcare Services Inc.
