AGRARIAN Reform Secretary Roberto Pagdanganan yesterday listed the department's accomplishments in his first 100 days in office after critics blasted him for his allegedly bokya (zero) performance at the department.
"The very spirit of agrarian reform does not simply rely on the distribution of land to farmer-beneficiaries," Pagdanganan told a workshop of people's and non-government organizations at the Sulo Hotel.
Agrarian reform groups the other day thrashed Pagdanganan for his alleged failure to install farmer beneficiaries in contentious landholdings despite the absence of legal impediments.
