Pianist and composer Andrew Hill embarks on a major UK tour in May. Creator of celebrated album Point Of Departure, arguably one of the best jazz records of the Sixties, Hill will tour with an Anglo-American band featuring Gregory Tardy, Ron Horton, Nasheet Waits, Denys Baptiste, Tony Kofi and Jason Yarde (pictured) among others. The tour kicks off in Manchester on May 20 and concludes at the Bath International Festival on May 24 after taking in London, Basingstoke and Birmingham.
