There was another shock result in the women's MTN Basketball League as A-1 Challenge lost 42-36 to newcomers MUK Sparks on Easter Monday.

This follows Sunday's shocking loss by the seven times women champion Lady Bucks to Amazon Rhino.A-1 and LadyBucks have dominated women's basketball for the last decade and in the past have only lost games to each other.

MUK Sparks, a Makerere University based team, made amends for last week's loss to Nabisunsa. Becky Akula, who amassed 16 points, put the Sparks in the lead while A-1 Betty Namukasa got 13 points.
